General Assembly is advancing the art form of making — and delivering — personal pizza. Located in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District, with two beautiful hand-built, made-in-Italy brick ovens retrofitted into a historic building, General Assembly is specifically designed to give pizza lovers access to the cooking process. Our dough room is where it all starts, using natural yeast to create a deeper flavour in our crust, one that’s unique to General Assembly, and our pizza theatre is where it all comes together. Guests have front-row seats as our kitchen team preps, bakes and slices fresh 10-inch pizzas accompanied by made-to-order salads and a drinks list featuring the best in local wines and craft beers, some exclusive to our dining room. Consulting with teams at Ritual and Foodora, we’ve created a first-of-its-kind, purpose-built take-out hub separate from the dining room that will guarantee fresher, hotter and faster pizza for grab-and-go or home delivery.
